Veterans Stand Together (VST) provides housing navigation and help applying for short to longer term housing options in the area. This program identifies veterans current needs and routes them to their individual and appropriate housing plan.

This program provides:

  • Pre-screenings for at-risk individuals

  • Housing Navigation & Case Management

  • Assistance finding short-term and long-term housing
